Q. What is Yoga Foundation? A. The Perfect Introduction

Yoga foundation is a course designed for those who already practice yoga, or those who wish to begin and have little knowledge of the origin, philosophy and different teachings of yoga.  It is an ideal starting point for those who wish to learn more on their path to becoming a teacher. A course that will broaden your understanding of the basic principles and, upon completion provide you with the skills & knowledge to begin or enhance your practice,  get you back into your practice or as a stepping stone for that Yoga Teacher Training you have been thinking of embarking on, as Yoga Foundation will give you an insight of our 200hr TT with our lead teachers.

An Introduction to meditation.

One of the most important aspects of this course is the time spent with our lead teachers to address your personal practice, as well as their recommendation for your next step. In the yoga tradition, “receiving” poses from your teacher, as well as their advice on when to move on, is an integral part of yoga progression. This providing feedback on what might be best for you and your practice.

If you are considering becoming a yoga teacher, then the Yoga Foundation is the perfect place to start. You will learn what it looks and feels like to practice yoga with a focused direction.
