REFUND POLICY
Yoga Teacher Training
Upon acceptance into the course, the applicant must pay a deposit of £1000.00 for 1-year course to hold applicant’s place in the course.
If applicant cancels 30 days or more before the start of the course, the applicant will forfeit 100% of the deposit, however, such amount can be applied towards a future training course and the remaining balance (if paid in full) will be refunded. If applicant cancels within 30 days before the start of the course, the applicant will forfeit 100% of all fees paid (incl deposit, balance and any payment instalments) A deferral onto a future course within 1 year will be offered.
If an applicant is unable to attend a tuition session/module, a £100 fee will be charged to cover the cost of a rescheduled 1:1 session. Course fees include one practical reassessment incorporated in a future course scheduled assessment day. For any retakes of practical or theory exams outside of a future course, a fee of £50 per exam will apply.
If a student must withdraw from the course for special circumstances, due to illness, accident, death in the family or other circumstances that make it impractical for the student to complete the course. The Academy may give a partial refund to the student in the exercise of its discretion or a deferral to a later course (within 1 year) will be arranged. Written confirmation of such special circumstances i.e., medical professional, if illness or injury, will be required to support any claim.
No refunds will be given if the Academy removes a student from the course for bad conduct. Bad conduct is violation of the Code of Conduct, harassment, bullying, or any other behaviour that is inappropriate or disruptive to the welfare of the program or to fellow students.
The academy will not give any refunds or credits after the training starts. The program reserves the right to cancel any training before it begins, i.e.: a lack of student numbers (minimum of 5 students per course) In that case any payments applicants have made will be refunded in full or transferred to a later course subject to the student’s agreement.
Reformer Pilates Teacher Training
